Pictured above is Lia Garza, the RGV RSEF Grand Champion with Dr. Immannuel Edinbarough, Dr. Charles Dameron, and Dr. Greg Garcia at the Awards Ceremony on March 7, 2009. She went on to compete at the International Science and Engineering Fair in Reno, Nevada in May 2009 and received a scholarship offer as part of her recognition.
